AVOID WATER BUGS AND SPIDERS IN YOUR POOL

Nothing beats relaxing in your pool after a hot summers day. It's the Aussie way - but uninvited guests in the form of bugs, insects, and spiders, can make it unpleasant to say the least.

If sharing your pool with these uninvited quests isn't enough some of them can also inflict a nasty bite or sting!

All types of insects are attracted to water, and most of them see the pool as a source of water. But there are a few that target your pool specifically. These insects survive and breed in water. The most common type found in pools are the 'Water Boatman' and 'Back Swimmer'.

Different types of spiders can also be found in your pool too. The most common are Red Backs, Funnel Webs, and Wolf Spiders.
